She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cook and Mattie Cook (Lutz); her husband Ralph Starkey; and her siblings, William Cook and Elizabeth Cook West.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Starkey-Hill (James) and Brad Starkey (Karen); her grandsons, Hunter (Alyssa) and Heath Starkey (Jocelyn); and her great grandchild Ellijay.
