With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucie Schumm of Circleville, Ohio, who passed away on January 9, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Minor and Retta Minor (Dozier); her husband Robert Schumm; and her siblings, Donald, Thelma Minor, Evon Schumm and Mildred Straubaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Lavigne and Robert Schumm; her grandchildren, Eli Faske and Hollin Macklin Hartford; her sister Mary Arnold; and her sister-in-law Rose Minor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at the Forest Cemetery (905 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113).
