She was predeceased by: her parent Lou; her son Timothy "Dale" Tackett; her brothers, Freddie Taylor and Joseph Taylor; and her nephews, D. J. Taylor and Jason Taylor.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Katrina Shaffer, Lexi Fletcher, Megan Reynolds and Charlotte Hill; her close friend Beth Miller; her siblings, Dee Devaney, James Taylor (Judy) of South Bloomfield and Jon Taylor (Trish) of Circleville; her sister-in-law Connie Taylor; her son Thomas Tackett (Jackie) of Athens; her daughter-in-law Sonja Tackett of Amanda; and her grandchildren, Thomas Tackett (Summer), Jason McCormmick (Heather), Matthew Tackett (Crystal), Lisara Cool (Adam), Skylar Prentice (Timothy Barnes), D'Kasey Tackett (Jade) and Daeden Tackett. She is also survived by many other friends and numerous great grandkids and nieces, nephews and friends.
