She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Teets and Erma Teets (Hileman); her husband Franklin Colburn; and her siblings, Donnley Teets and Gladys Belovich.
She is survived by: her children, Richard M. Teets (Kristine Ferrell), Robert A. Colburn (Trisha), Loretta Johnson (Kenyon), Connie S. Starner (Eric) and Donna F. Colburn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the Lithopolis Cemetery (4365 Cedar Hill Rd NW, Lithopolis, OH 43136).
