He is survived by: his daughters, Lori King and Jodi Carder (Robert); his grandchildren, Jessica Dunkle, Brittany Carroll (Josh), Haley Radcliff (BJ), Hannah Bartholow (Scott), Sydnie Smith (Collin) and Elizabeth Carder (Justin); his great grandchildren, Jerick, Laydin, Carson, Amellia, Rhett, Brielle, Jaida, Brody, Crew and Boston; and his brother Steven King (Jackie).
