She was predeceased by: her parents, James Preston and Kathryn Preston (Meade); her husband Thomas Wagner Jr.; her son Tony Wagner; and her brother Bill Preston.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Wagner (Lora) and Tracy L. Wagner (Dee); her daughter-in-law Brenda Wagner; her grandchildren, Michael Wagner (Danielle), Mandy Carpenter (Gabe), Casey Wagner (Becky), Jordy Wagner (Nicole), Hogan Wagner (Monica), Erica Wagner and Chelsea Wagner (Angel); her great grandchildren, Tailor Ferrie (Scott), Tori Dunn (Mason), Josie Wagner, Brooke Carpenter, Mason Carpenter, Alyvia Wagner, Ada Wagner, Millie Wagner and Elsie Wagner; her great great grandchildren, Jenna, Joey, Adley and Brooks; and her brothers, James and Charles Preston.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113). A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at the Forest Cemetery (905 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
