He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Wiggins and Ersel Wiggins (Hart). He is survived by: his stepmother Donna Wiggins; his siblings, Tommy Wiggins (Cinda), Barry Wiggins (Kathy), Charles Wiggins (Sandy) and Shawn Harper; his nieces and nephews, Cherokee, Cody Gang, Caitlyn Wiggins, Samantha Savage (John), Ryan Wiggins, Brandon Wiggins (Heather) and Ashley Wiggins (Chancey); and his friends, Ray and Shelly Spence.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Pickaway County Dog Shelter, 21253 Ringgold Southern Road, Circleville, Ohio 43113.
