She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Clark and Blanche M. Clark (Seitz) of Pickaway County; her husband Alva F. "Frosty" Hoffman; her daughter Marsha H. Balthaser; and her granddaughter Jacqueline Hoffman.
She is survived by: her son Mark Forrest Hoffman (Donna); her grandchildren, Beth Yeazel (Brian) of Mount Sterling, Jenna Gilbert (Dane) of Waverly, Adam Balthaser (Julia) of Ashville and Ben Balthaser of Ashville; and her stepgrandchildren, Steven Hardbarger (Heather) of Logan and Stacey Thomas (Daniel) of Circleville. She is also survived by many close friends and special nieces and nephews.
