He is survived by: his grandparents, Marshall Butcher and Ruth Butcher; his siblings, Jace Butcher and Jillian Butcher; and his aunts and uncles, Terry Amspaugh (Brenda), Bruce Amspaugh (Amy), Cathy Oguich (George) and Sallie Myers (Jerry). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
