He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Sr. Carlisle. He is survived by: his mother Donna Carlisle (Ragland); his girlfriend Tammy Tranum; his children, Kendra, Chase, Dalton Carlisle and Liberty Gavin; and his siblings, Norma Berry (Terry), Mary Carlisle (Doug), Melanie Mays (Chris), Debra Hughes (Charlie), Kathy Carlisle, Bonnie Ragland (Warren), Keith, Roger and Sonja Hill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews aunts and uncles.
