He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Snyder-Payne (Morris); his children, Vicki Ford (Victor) of Columbus, Chris Payne of Florida, John B. Payne (Debbie) of Circleville, Stuart Payne of Circleville and Robert Payne of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Tallie, Nicholas, Jessica and Josh; his great grandchildren, Trevor, Jessica (Wyatt), Eliza, Ryder and Briar; his extended family, Stephanie Bowser, Jeff Snyder (Darla), Zach, Cole, Tyler Hopkins and Colin Snyder; his siblings-in-law, Nick Morris (Connie) and Eunice Payne; and his daughter Sonja Payne (Sines).
