He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth and Clarence Bernard Raterman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Raterman; his children, Richard and Charlene Raterman; his siblings, Rosemary Raterman, Ellen Raterman (Buelow) and Tom; his sister-in-law Lena Raterman; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Mason, Josie, Warren of Jonah, CJ, Clay and Taylor; and his siblings, Virginia (Seewer) and Robert Raterman.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (134 W Mound St, Circleville, OH 43113). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers John has requested that donations be made to St. Jude's or the VFW.
