He is survived by: his wife Pam Cummins (Carpenter); his children, Sherry Hall, Kristi Hodge (Chuck), Brandon Cummins (Kelly) and Mandy Thirtyacre (Justin); his grandchildren, Brian, Wesley, Savana, Jamaine, Brooklyn, Lillie, Paisley and William; his sister Dianne Quayle (Stanley); and his sister-in-law Belinda Reynolds (Thad).
