He was predeceased by: his parents, Vene Sines and Nellie Sines; his wife Naomi Sines; his sister Carol Horn; and his close friend Evelyn Fannin.

He is survived by: his children, Patricia Patrick (Steve Bullman) and Rex A. Foster; his grandchildren, Robin R. Hedrick (John Hedrick) and Shane A. Foster (Sophia Foster); his great grandchildren, Lane A. Hedrick (Haley Hedrick) and Chance G. Hedrick; his great great grandchildren, Trent Hedrick and Holden Hedrick; his sister Ernistine Dietz; and his brother-in-law Chuck Horn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to ProMedica Hospice 116 Morris Road Suite B, Circleville, Ohio 43113.

“I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Sines passing. My deepest sympathies. Joanne Hribar My dad was in his unit in WWII and he gave me so much info about those times. I lost my dad when he was only 60 back in 1980 and connected with Mr. Sines after I found a slip of paper in my moms belongings when she passed with some names of men he served with and was able to get in touch w Mr. Sines.”
