He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Justus, and Dorothy Justus, Sr. (Gates); and his nephew Brian Peart. He is survived by: his child Kyle Justus; his adoptive son Christopher Hershberger; and his siblings, Jean Jr., Ronald Justus, Donna Peart and Barb Justus.
