He is survived by: his children, Sandy Shaw of Circleville, Bruce Bowen of Circleville and Dennis Bowen (Julie) of Dayton; his siblings, Mitchell Bowen (Dotty), Phillip Bowen (Beth), Lola Sheffler (Carl), Rudy Mendoza (Shirley), Pedro Mendoza (Cris), Angel Moore (Tim) and Jose Mendoza (Laurie); and his grandchildren, Tim Shaw (Abigail), Kevin Shaw of Kingston, Eric Kirkwood of Dayton, Shawn Kirkwood of Huber Heights and James Matthews of Dayton. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
