He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Clark and Violet Clark (Smith); his son Jack Lee Clark Jr.; and his sister Louann Clark. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Starkey; his children, Sonia Thomas (Charles), Deborah Rush (Randy) and Dwaine Clark (Jamie); his grandchildren, Michelle Sharrett (Nick), Charlie Thomas Jr., Ryan Rush, Ashley Metzger (Colin), Jeff Rush (Hannah), Brett Clark and Chelsea Thornton (Jason); his great grandchildren, Wesley, Addison Sharrett, Weiler, Logan, Graylen Metzger, Emma, Elijah, Oliver and Miles Thornton; and his brothers, Howard James Jr. and Michael E. Clark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
