It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irma Strawser of Circleville, Ohio, born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Rodriguez and Carmen Rodriguez (Chavez); and her daughter Barbara Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Tom Strawser; her children, Anita and Tommy Strawser; her siblings, Arturo, Stella and Alfonso Rodriguez; her pet Kitties; her close friends, Jim Phillips, Gloria Rodriguez and Terri Straight; and also Jeannette. She is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews, friends.
