He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Bennett and Mary Ann Bennett (Noble); his son Anthony "Tony" Bennett; and his siblings, John, Richard Bennett and Helen Lumbardi.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia McKean and Catherine Carter; and his sister Cora Yoder. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
