He is survived by: his wife Kay Adkins (Cyrus); his daughter Krista Dennewitz (Ryan); his stepdaughters, Sandra Vinson, Shari Breech and Cindi Breech; his grandchildren, Tyler, Draven and Kendal; and his sisters, Marsha Flaige and Gail Schueler. He is also survived by step grandchildren; 16 step great grandchildren.
