She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Whaley and Ola Whaley (Smith); her husband Kenneth Sowers; and her siblings, Roy, Edward, George, Pearl Rosellen "Sis", Patty and Dwight.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Sowers (Kathy) and Penny Congrove (Rick); her grandchildren, Jason Rhoads, Davina Martin, Shane Congrove, Alisa Hungerman and Heather Westney; her great grandchildren, Brooklyne, Dillon, Justin, Hannah, Tanner, Benjamin, Courtney, Savannah, Emlee and Trenten; and her great great grandchildren, Westney and Jaxton.
