She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Hamilton and Phoebe Hamilton (Sparks); her husband Gerald "Woody" Woodward; her daughter Judy George (Gary); her grandson G. R. George; and her siblings, Mary Potts, Violet Stevens, Daisy Brintlinger, Bernice Redman, Ralph, Roy, Kenneth, Ray, Paul, Howard and Ronnie.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Cook; her grandchildren, Cindy Kinney (Jon), Gary Lee Cook (Sherri), Douglas Cook and Lisa Slayton (Rob); her great grandchildren, Kendra, Tim Kinney, Branden (Stephanie), Victoria "Tori" Cook, Nathan (Danielle), Lindsey, Alexander "Mikey" Cook, Kirsten, Britnee Slayton and Katelyn George; her stepgreat-grandsons, Phil Speakman (Tosha), Matt Cook (Jen) and Matt Kinney (Jennifer); her siblings, Rosie Winegardner (Bob) and Denny Hamilton; and her close friends, Marvine Hall, Jane Winfough and Sharyn Blecha. She is also survived by nine great, great grandchildren.
