He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Self and Neva Self (Massie); and his son Jerry L. Corbin. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Self (Sharp); his daughters, Brandy Stewart (Kurt) of Ironton and Amanda Shaffer (Jacob) of Amanda; his grandsons, Braden Stewart, Issac Good and Jonathan Shaffer; and his siblings, Patricia Dillon (Harry) of Gallipolis, Charles Self (Beverly) of Willow Wood and Robert Self (Brenda) of Coal Grove. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
