It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Woods of Circleville, Ohio, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Woods and Dorothy Woods (Knapp); and his grandson Tristan Miller. He is survived by: his wife Susan E. Woods (Purpero); his daughters, Judy Hood (Keith), Karen Bower (Tracy), Kathy Wolfe (Kevin), Jennifer Miller (Jeff) and Valerie Woods; his grandchildren, Nicholas Hood (McKenna), Victoria Wyrwas (Joshua), Stephen Hood, Ashli Miles (Michael), Benjamin Bower, Gabriel Bower (Ashlee), Karlena Thomas (Jonathan), Kameron Wolfe (Tayler), Kimberly Schille (Andrew), Tyler Kuhner (Madison), Hannah Masters (Jim) and Treyton Miller; and his great grandchildren, Declan, Maeva, Orrin, Karsyn, Emersyn, Adilyn, Brooks, Gracelyn, Cash, Amelia, Lyla Rose, Blakely Layne and Harvey Jade. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
