He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Farley and Irene Farley (Moore); and his siblings, Donovan, Elmer Jr. Farley and Kathy Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Farley (Morgan); his children, Fredrick H. Farley Jr. (Victoria), Christina Fazzino (Joe), Frances Farley, Andrew Farley (Peggy) and Ashley Farley (Derek); his stepson Jesse Curry III; and his pet Annie. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
