She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Holbrook and Vessie Holbrook; her siblings, Virgil Holbrook (Virginia), Buford Holbrook (Marie), Delbert Holbrook (Ellen), Glen Holbrook (Verna Jean), James Holbrook (Mary), Hobart Holbrook (Gayle), Juanita Wallingford (James) and Moncia Holbrook; her parents-in-law, Raymond and Mary Lindsey; and her son Kevin Lindsey.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Lindsey; her daughter Kimberly Ball (Kevin); her sister Mary Contner (Philip) of Bellefontaine; her grandchildren, Chad Lindsey (Jennifer), Matt Lindsey (Kendra), Nicole Lindsey, Alex Ball and Spencer Ball (Holley); her great grandchildren, Kevin and Liam; her parent-in-law Sandy Shasteen (Rod); and her close friends, Stan, Michelle Summers, Mike, Kathy Fausnaugh, Devin Fausnaugh, Ian Fausnaugh, Lauren Dickey, Juanita Thomas and Peggy Spires. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
