He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wagner and Elva Wagner (Waites); his daughter Samantha Jo Wagner; and his siblings, Joyce Watson, Marilyn, John and Henry Wagner.

He is survived by: his wife Katherine Wagner (Lambert); his children, Thomas and Meghan Wagner; his grandchildren, Zuinton and Kirsten Wagner; his great grandchild Rigley Kempton; and his siblings, Joe, Melvin, George, Arlene Wagner and Evelyn Harber.
