She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Willie "Bill" Williams; her daughters, Della Eckart of Circleville and Sondra Ferrell of Circleville; her sister-in-law Eleanor Payne; her grandchildren, Kathy Maxson (Ron), Jason Easter (Michelle), Jennifer Power (John) and Valerie Beverly (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Sydney, Justin, Jaden, Katie, Vinny, Tailor (Scott), Tori (Mason), Kohl (Alyssa), Maxene, Mela, Kairi, Hunter, Brittany, Morgan, Kayona, Zay and Kymani; her great great grandchildren, Joseph, Jenna, Ryder, Arya and Adley; her siblings, Logan Payne (Mary), Holbert Payne (Mary), Ruby Sowers (Roy), James "Buck" Payne (Joanne) and Walter Payne (Eleanor); her parents, Lewis Henry Payne and Hattie Jane Payne (Blevins); her children, Michael "Micky" Williams and Rita Jean Williams; and her son-in-law Jerry Eckart. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
