She is survived by: her husband Phil; her children, Donald Gullatta (Wendy) of Heath and Lori Hamann (Mark) of Circleville; her grandchildren, Josh (Haylee), Zach (Ali) and Kim Frostic; her great grandchildren, Bella, Amelia, Asher and Will; her nephews, Mario Jr. (Sharon) and Marco Frate; her niece Maria Francek (Scott); and her siblings-in-law, Tony (Marjorie), Marty (Sandra), Tim Gullatta (Rose) and Michelle Gullatta.
