With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna McGowan (Circleville, Ohio), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on March 15, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James McGowan; her son Jeffrey McGowan; her sister Patricia Ann Howell; and her stepmother Connie Howell (Ater). She is survived by: her sons, Bill McGowan (Sheryl Hatfield), Joe McGowan (Dawn Janczyk) and Matt McGowan; her grandchildren, Jason McGowan (Jennifer), Chelsea Fries (Nathan) and Justin McGowan (Kathryn); and her great grandchildren, Darby Mae, Jack Jeffrey McGowan, Ethan James, Emma Lynn Fries and Avery Rose McGowan. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
