She was predeceased by: her parents, Davey Crockett and Edna Crockett (Ketchum); her husband Harold Spurlock; and her son Harold Spurlock. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Spurlock, Stearl Spurlock Jr., David Spurlock and Michael Spurlock; and her siblings, Geneva, Ally and Lonny. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
