She was predeceased by: her father Donald E. Coates. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy L. Coates (Carter); her brother Don Coates; her husband Jim Neal; her children, Angie Tabor (Eric), Suzie Neal and Casey Booth (Jennifer); and her grandsons, Austin and Lane. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many, many friends and neighbors.
