He was predeceased by: his parents, David Raines and Karen Raines Sr. (Sims); his brother Timothy Smith; and his nephew Devin Tatman. He is survived by: his children, Quade Raines, Cassandra Hamilton (Dalton), Natalee Chester (Nick) and Lorie Ann Manaloto Bernodez (Rian); his grandchildren, Adelaide, Ember, Eden, Nora, Dalton, Maverick, Rianna, Ria Anne, Riley and Emma; his siblings, Shawn Tatman (Mike), Dawn Winner (Tracy) and April Wilson (Jason); his stepfather David Stalder; and his close friends, Ashley and Kay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
