He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Johnson and Jewell Johnson (Williams); and his siblings, Dord, Harold, Dale Johnson, Sandra Miller, Shirley Grover, Patty Johnson and Tammy Bidwell.
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Traylor of Circleville, Pamela Warnock (Ronald) of Reesville and Sylvia Longstreath (Kenneth) of Grove City.
