He is survived by: his wife Flo Elam-Hicks; his brother James Michael Hicks (Bette); his sons, Glenn Allen (Laurie), Kevin Wayne (Mangal) and Madisonville; his granddaughter Temperance Hicks of Madusonville, KY.; his daughters, Demetria Espana and Zahrea Ivy (Cindy Nichols); and his stepgranddaughter Elizabeth Myers.
