He is survived by: his father John Dale Urbach; his wife Tamara Searle Urbach; his children, Jon Dillon (Ellen Struiksma Urbach), Colby Scott (Lexi Powell Urbach), Brennica Lin Jolley (Michael Jolley) and Kiri Deanne Roberts (Tyler Roberts); his mother Sue Urbach; his siblings, Sandy Wells (Ben Wells), Lea Anne Jacobs (Paul Jacobs) and James Urbach (Judy Landers Urbach); and his granddaughters, Autumn, Aayla, Adaline, Aspynn Jolley and Emberly Roberts.
