Charles Raines Jr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Raines Jr. of Circleville, Ohio, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Ike" Sr. and Marguerite Woodruff Raines; his wife Antonia Tomassi; his children, Charles E. Raines, III and Karla J. Raines; and his siblings, David, Richard Raines and Sandra Hartsough.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Merritt (Tim) of Chillicothe and Karen Vest of Circleville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews.

Charles had a passion for the group Circle of Caring in Circleville and the family asks, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to this organization.
