He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Ada Newman of Kentucky, Robert and Ruth Garrabrant of Ohio; and his father Robert L. Garrabrant.

He is survived by: his mother Betty Garrabrant (Newman) of Circleville; and his brother David Garrabrant of Laurelville.
