She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Brown and Mina Brown (Pence); her husband Noah Arnold; her son Clarence "Eddie" Arnold; and her siblings, Oakley, Orando, Paul Brown, Phyllis Becker and Ruth Schwalbaugh.

She is survived by: her daughters, Eleanor Shy and Mary Brown (Brett); her grandchildren, Heather Foltz, Kathi Bircher (Tyler) and Mark Stonerock (Mindy); her great grandchildren, Ali Foltz, Morgan, Victoria Bircher, Elizabeth and Noah Stonerock; her siblings, Bob Brown, Alice Ison, Connie Shafer and Mary Byers; and her siblings-in-law, Ralph Becker and Susie Brown.
