He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Lemaster and Earline Lemaster (Cordle); his wife Joan Lemaster (Snook); his brothers, Keith and Gene Lemaster; and his grandson Dylan Barton.

He is survived by: his children, John Lemaster (Lisa), Charles Lemaster, Timothy Lemaster (Kathy), Thomas Barton, Faith Leport (Steve) and Linda Cramer (Steve); his former spouse Hersilia Phillips; his brother Neale Lemaster (Lou Ann); and his grandchildren, Bertie, Stevie, Katlyn Barton, Brandon, Brittany and Hannah Lemaster. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
