We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Barbara Phillips of Circleville, Ohio, born in San Francisco, California. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Strawser and Irma Strawser (Rodriguez); her former husband Jim Phillips; and her siblings, Anita, Tommy Strawser and Kitties. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
