He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Baldwin and Mable Baldwin (Hoffman); and his brothers, Roy Palmer and Joe Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Baldwin (Hunter); his children, Ty (Ronda), Troy (Jonda) and Travis (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Adam, Morgan, Seth, Luke and Ava; his great grandchildren, Cade, Lleyton, Allie, Brooklyn, Claire and Jedd; and his siblings, Fred Palmer and Carol Crosby.
