He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin York and Frances York (Kellick); and his wife Martha Jane Lowery. He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Petty (Michael) and A. Douglass "Doug" York; his grandchildren, Chad Lindsey (Jennifer), Matthew Lindsey (Kendra) and Nicole Lindsey (David Stanton); and his great grandchildren, Kevin, Liam and Carsen.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pickaway County Animal Shelter.
