She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Carder and Lavon Carder (Garrett); her husband Delmar Severing; her siblings, Merle Carder (Authena), Paul Carder (Patricia), John Carder (Betty), Daniel Carder (Rita), Glenn Carder, Ruth Bachus (Charles), Gladys Gordon (Gerald), Martha Pardee and Lois Cooper (Robert); her grandsons, Gerald Lee Hoover and Shaun Michael Hoover; and her brother-in-law Ezekiel Overholt.
She is survived by: her siblings, Esther Overholt and Roy Carder (Lana); her children, Ronald Hoover (Vickie), Gerald Hoover (Diane), Brian Hoover (Sara) and Sherry Campbell; and her grandchildren, Marie Kierra Hoover, Travis, Justin, Chris, Karen, Trisha, Nick, Collin, Kyler, Kam and Kori. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
