She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Carpenter and Pauline Carpenter (Ballard); her husband Sheldon Walter Winner; her son Mark Winner; and her siblings, Fred Carpenter and Waneta Burt.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Hicks, Machelle List and Tracy Winner (Dawn); and her brother Richard Carpenter. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, multiple nieces/nephews.
