William left this world on January 3, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Romer and Ruth Romer (Vinson); and his brother Richard Romer. He is survived by: his former wife Eva Romer; his sons, Bill Romer of St Louis, MO and Dan Romer (Marnie) of Loveland, OH; and his grandchildren, John Romer, Alice Romer, Dorothy Romer, Mary Romer, Alex Romer and Austin Romer.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fitch Denney Funeral Home (455 Ridge Ave, Greendale, IN 47025). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
