With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William L. Blackburn Jr. (Cincinnati, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Roberta (Ross); and his sisters, Rochelle Brock (Don) and Judith Ray (Charlie). He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patti" (Rusk); his children, Christopher (Michelle), Michael, Jill Blackburn, Aron (Karen) and Jeff Fehr (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Zachery, Jenny, Emma, Addison Blackburn, Savannah Ryan, Jackson, Jacob, Ellie, Trevor Fehr and Bill.
Bill was diagnosed with End Stage Kidney Failure 2 ½ years ago after a bad bout from Covid in 2020.
