He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Vettel and Ruth Vettel (Boschert). He is survived by: his wife Betty Vettel of God's Providence; his daughters, Lynne Vettel and Jennifer Bisig (Brian); his grandchildren, Julia, Rachael, Michael and Alex; and his sisters, Carol Kassner (late Edward), Patty Stamper (David) and Margie Vettel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Corpus Christi Church (2014 Springdale Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (11000 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249).
