The memory of William David McCarthy (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on April 13, 2025 at the age of 75, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the vast expanse of eternity, may William David find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McCarthy and Eleanor Ecklund McCarthy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Jamie Manns (Barry), Nicole Rowen (Brad) and William McCarthy (Heather); his aunt Patricia Dugan; and his sister Ramona Lalka. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Home (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Kentucky Fish & Wildlife Foundation (https://kentuckywildlife.com). As a kid at heart, nothing would have pleased Bill more than spreading his love for fishing and the outdoors by supporting this charity's mission or sponsoring kids who attend its camps.
