He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Spurlock and Effie Spurlock; and his wife Hazel Keyton Spurlock. He is survived by: his son Timothy Spurlock of Cincinnati, Ohio; his granddaughter Brittany Ann Spurlock of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his brother Howard Spurlock of Batavia, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Megie Funeral Home - Mount Orab (104 Spice St, Mt Orab, OH 45154). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Orab Cemetery.
